Refund policy

As required by law, Un Dimanche Au Soleil allows the exchange and return of items, with the exception of personalized products, provided they have not been used by the customer and remain in the same condition as when they were sent.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be sent unequivocally to the customer service email address - geral@undimancheausoleil.com or via the form available on the contact page, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the order.

After receiving the item(s) at our premises, we conduct a careful analysis of them, and the exchange/return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

a) The product(s) show no signs of use or handling;

b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and their labels intact, including the hygiene labels; c) The product(s) are complete and have been sent with all materials that accompanied the initial order.

Any exchange or return request must include the order number and proof of defect, if applicable.

The amount for the return will be refunded via the payment method originally used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 business days or via another method to be agreed upon with the customer.

The value inherent in the shipping costs is the sole responsibility of the customer, and there are no refunds.

In the event of a return due to a defect or other non-conformity with the products ordered, Un Dimanche Au Soleil. assumes responsibility for the shipping costs initially paid, as well as the exchange/return process. If a product is returned and does not meet the eligibility conditions for exchange or return, according to the conditions mentioned above, the customer will be informed of the non-acceptance of the exchange or return and the item(s) will be returned to the address indicated during the first order, the costs of this process being borne by the customer.
