Shipping policy

Un Dimanche Au Soleil entrusts the processing of your orders to an external transport service, which will send the recommended product(s) at the times and times used for logistics activity, for the data entry period specified by the customer.

The estimated departure times for the various recommendations vary depending on the destination address:

- Portugal and mainland Spain: 1 to 3 days;

- Azores and Madeira: 3 to 7 days;

- Spanish Islands: 5 to 10 days;

- Europe: 5 to 10 days.

Introduction offers may be reduced during periods of high order volume, such as winter, Christmas, Black Friday, and other times.

Customers responsible for shipping the order assume responsibility for the order. At checkout, the customer is presented with the shipping costs, according to the order destination and the previously defined table:

- Mainland Portugal: €6.42

- Azores and Madeira: €10.57

- Mainland Spain: €7.27

- Spanish Islands: R$16.06

- Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Greece, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Slovenia: €21.62

- Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Malta, Norway, Poland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, and Romania: €23.04

All orders with a value equal to or greater than €180, use free shipping. A Un Dimanche Au Soleil will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as the procedure for refunding the payment amount, within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability. Delivery is considered a murder without delivery receipt based on the amount indicated by the customer.
